Remecare Tennis Elbow Guard (With Air Pouch) The Remecare Air Pouches Elbow Guard is designed to provide firm and well place pressure pressure onto the tendon that inserts into the painful part on the elbow. This pressure absorbs some of the tension and shock that is exerted on the tendon when in general use, and in particular when shock forces are receieved such as when working with tools or playing racquet sports. The adjustable strap can be fastened tight to reduce the muscle action of the extensor tendons (that are responsible for bending the wrist back) of the forearm, which relieves the stress on the inflamed area that these tendons arise from.
