Terms and Conditions Delivery Schedule Orders are normally dispatched within two working days following receipt of the order. Almost all items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd  Class Post. A few heavier items are dispatched by courier service.    Goods Out of Stock Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case you will be immediately notified and have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Should payment have been made, a full refund will be made within 48 hours of the order being cancelled.   Payment We accept payment by credit card and debit card only, including Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Maestro.  Please note we do not accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash.     Cancellations and Return of Unwanted Goods Your purchase may be returned up to 28 days after delivery for a full and immediate refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.   Privacy Policy The only information that we require from you is that which is lawfully collected during the ordering process in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We only collect sufficient information necessary to process your order. Any information you give us will remain confidential and will only be viewed or used by us to assist in processing your order.
