Delivery Schedule
Orders are
normally dispatched within two working days following receipt of the order. Almost all
items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd
Class Post. A few heavier items are
dispatched by courier service.

Goods Out of Stock
Occasionally an item may be out of
stock. In this case you will be immediately
notified and have the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait. Should payment have
been made, a full refund will be made within 48
hours of the order being cancelled.

Payment
We accept payment by
credit card, by cheque and by postal order.

Cancellations and Return of Unwanted
Goods
Your
purchase may be returned up to 14 days after
delivery for a full and immediate refund.

Exchanging your product for an
alternative size
If you have purchased
a product and find it is the wrong size, you may
return it for an alternative size within 14 days
of having received the item.

Return of
Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with
your product within 12 months of delivery (or
other defect with your order), we will normally
offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will
always offer you the choice of an exchange or
refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of
delivery.

The only
information that we require from you is that which
is lawfully collected during the ordering process
in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We only collect sufficient information necessary
to process your order. Any information you give us
will remain confidential and will only be viewed
or used by us to assist in processing your order.
We do not disclose buyer's information to third
parties. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail.

cart once you have selected an item. It is your
right to know exactly what information we hold
