Please click on the link below to find out more.   What is memory foam?  Support Belts and Braces  If your size lies between two of the sizes available, we recommend that for support belts and braces that you choose the smaller size, as it is important that some degree of compression is achieved.  Wedges Wedges are available with or without the coccyx cut-out. The cut-out is intended to reduce pressure and therefore provide pain relief to people who experience tenderness or pain in the base of their spine (often associated with sciatica). If you are not sure what its purpose is, you probably don’t need it and should purchase one without the cut-out.
